Our Story

A Personal Vision, Grown Into Umani

Established Excellence

Umani began in Bali with a personal vision. Founder Pablo started by developing and managing villas for himself and his family, bringing together his appreciation for architecture, design and hospitality.
What began privately soon grew through recommendation, as other villa owners entrusted Umani with their homes.
As the collection expanded, Inès joined Pablo as a partner, bringing a new direction to the company’s hospitality standards, brand development, marketing, sales and revenue strategy.
Together, they shaped Umani into the company it is today: a luxury villa management and hospitality brand combining local operations, personalised service and a strong commercial approach.
Today, Umani manages more than 50 villas across Bali, supported by more than 100 team members and trusted partners, with one shared ambition: to create exceptional stays for guests while taking remarkable care of every villa entrusted to us.

This place was absolutely AMAZING!!! I would definitely stay here again. It was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos, the pool area was my favorite part. It was so lush and private almost as if you were at a resort but then we were walking distance to everything.
The team was great as well! They were very responsive and communicated with us frequently and if there was an issue they were there to help. I was so sad to leave that’s how much I loved this place!

A beautiful dreamy villa. We stayed here with my family to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday, and it was everything we hoped for—peaceful mornings, long shared meals, and laughter that carried late into the night. A place that turned a special milestone into an unforgettable memory.
The kids absolutely loved the pool – it was big and spacious, perfect for the whole family to enjoy. It was honestly hard to get them out of the villa.
The location is perfect – tucked away but peaceful, yet still so close to restaurants, shops & convenient stores.
The staff were attentive & friendly. Special mention to Dian and the housekeeping staff for all their help during our stay, they made us feel welcome and was able to accommodate to all that we needed.
Highly recommend this villa 🙂
